Michael Chambers is a Principal Interaction Designer with over 15 years working inside multidisciplinary teams across public and private sector services. He has worked with NHS, Ministry of Justice, Department for Education, MHCLG, and other public bodies at every delivery phase from Discovery through to Live.

He founded Hummingbird because the same patterns kept appearing across organisations: delivery stalling not because people lacked talent, but because the way teams worked together made success structurally difficult. Commitments drifted. People burned out. Direction thrashed. Decisions bottlenecked at the same people every time.

FLOCK is his response to those patterns: a framework built from the reality of complex service delivery, not from theory.
